·         The level of knowledge usually obtained through the completion of
an Associate’s Degree in a computer related field.
·         Minimum five years experience in installation, configuration and
repair of PC desktop software including Microsoft Office required in an
enterprise class organization.
·         Minimum three years experience in a user support customer service
environment required. Experience in patient care systems preferred.
·         Experience in hardware and software deployment required.
