Ø PMO Portfolio Analyst Collection/ assessment of project status reporting, issues, risks and actions at a portfolio level. Ø Facilitate submission of status reports for *portfolio* on a weekly basis for the assigned portfolio. Ø Update the Portfolios Dashboard for assessment by end of day every Wed. Ø PMO Status Meeting Minutes (capture) PMO. Ø Action items and issues follow up, identify top portfolio risks, mitigation plans, contingency, etc thereof. Ø Generate portfolio project watch list Generate upcoming key deliveries. Ø Respond to operational requests Send out status report pre-reads by end of every Tuesday. Ø Provide insight to a portfolios projects for actions to take Provide PMO Coaching as necessary. Ø Understand the issues and risks related to the project. Ø Understand current state and ensure escalation of risks/issues, if necessary. Ø Meet with assigned PMs as needed regarding artifacts to ensure accuracy, completeness. Ø Mentor PM's on PMO processes. Ø Conduct health assessments of assigned projects Enablement and support (provide a default status report; walk thru creating project plan, etc.) Work with teams to ensure they have solid project plans.
