Send me candidates with rates and I will let you know if too high: Please send resumes who started in ABAP area and then moved into functional space *SAP Business Analyst, Service Management & Plant Maintenance* Summary: The SAP Plant Maintenance, and Service Management analyst is responsible for the configuration and support of SAP SM/PM modules. Applicants are typically IT Professionals with experience in SAP ECC 6.0 system design and configuration in the related business areas. The selected person is expected to have strong working knowledge of SAP Service Management, and Plant Maintenance functionality and configuration. *Essential Duties/Responsibilities:* * Work with IT Managers, SAP Service Management, and Work Management subject matter experts, and Business Stakeholders to provide information and configuration solutions. * Coordinate / perform configuration changes including: identification, analysis, and testing for problem resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and integration activities. * Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for identified issues and problems. * Analyze, propose and execute enhancements to improve functionality and increase effectiveness of system, including incorporation of changes as the Company pursues new business opportunities. * Work with the technical support teams to provide input and coordination of activities related to routine system interfaces, third party bolt-on products, and customization requests/programs. * Work with operations personnel to help identify and provide input to operation procedures and plans. * Provide expertise to support ongoing user training efforts * Participate in evaluation of software changes for SAP SM/PM modules. * Be a liaison between SAP Environment and end user * Document and perform unit, string, integration, and regression testing *Education:* * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related education/experience *Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * Advanced skills with data analysis and problem solving. * Advanced skills and knowledge of functional and technical documentation. * Strong analytical abilities, communication and interpersonal skills * Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer facing interaction, customer service, and presentation. * Self-starter with leadership qualities who can work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision. * Ability to provide quality business solutions within compressed timelines and delivery dates. * Able to work independently and communicate risks, potential problems and appropriate resolutions to supervisor Physical Requirements: * Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and view computer terminal. *Working Conditions* * Normal Office Environment. * Some overtime may be required to meet specified deadlines. * Work schedule will start as early as 8:00 AM. *Experience*: * 5 + years of design and configuration experience with SAP Service Management, and Plant Maintenance modules. * SAP ECC 6.0 and EHP 6 experience preferable * Strong working knowledge of core *SM/PM business* processes. * SAP SM/PM business process testing experience in the following areas: Service management, Sales and Distribution and Plant maintenance, business workflow. * Strong working knowledge of SAP SM/SD master data with the ability to analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other SAP modules Experience analyzing and designing technical solutions, coordinating development efforts, In depth knowledge of *SAP's PM/SM configuration, workflow, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOC, ALE, and SAP Scripts, Web Dynpro, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Power Point* --- *With Warm Regards * *Madhu Roy* GenuineIT LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* Making IT Happen… [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 832 539 3475 Fax: 281-605-5969/(512)949-5092 *E-Mail* :[email protected] *Gmail *: *nandimadhu74 , madhu.genuineitllc* *YM *: madhu_recruiter [image: cid:[email protected]] According to Bill S.1618 Title III passed by the 105th US Congress, this message is not considered as "Spam" as we have included the contact information.
