The position will work to develop and maintain system solutions with a diverse team utilizing a structured methodology. The position is also responsible for monitoring ongoing system performance, participating in incident management / service restoration management, and providing service level agreement reporting. Work with business partners, application developers, architects, and other groups to communicate technical issues. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively and efficiently solve problems. Working knowledge of web application architecture & relevant back-end systems, infrastructure, security, and compliance. Evaluate and assess system performance for opportunities to make improvements and/or increase capacity where appropriate. Engage in all phases of the SDLC to ensure applications meet/exceed the base standards of performance. Responsible for overseeing and implementing application monitoring prior to Production. Reinforce department standards and processes in the areas of development, architecture, coding standards, security, and change and configuration management. Maintain architecture documentation for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs. Assist with estimating feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility of technologies with a new or existing system. Assist with software installation of new solutions and upgrades. Administration of APM tools required for deep-transaction monitoring of applications. Support the release management process for software and act as a Technical Lead on software deployments to Production. Experience 4–6 years Programming Language Experience or equivalent Systems Analysis Skills.
