Documented experience managing large, custom software development projects including GUI, database, and algorithm development in a J2EE environment. Experience working in the utility industry. Proven experience working with GIS solutions (GE Smallworld, ESRI). Proven experience with enterprise application integration. Ability to coordinate with a dedicated enterprise integration team. Familiarity with data warehousing and business analytics. Proven vendor management experience including SOW creation, financial control, and aggressively driving vendor to meet date and budget commitments. Technical experience in: Integrating IT systems using relational database, Web Services, message driven architecture and Service Bus. Experience in J2EE. Oracle relational databases. Working experience with design patterns and object oriented concepts. Working experience with application servers such as Tomcat, WebSphere and Weblogic. XML JAXB conversions, XSD validations. Working experience with ORM (Hibernate) and new JPA 2.0 Working experience with JSF 2.0, XHTML and Web based user interface design (Richfaces is preferred). Oracle/SQL. Working experience Eclipse and maven. Junit testing. ESRI ArcGIS and/or Smallworld GIS experience is preferred.
