The primary responsibility of a Product Specialist is to provide support
and implement a plan to migrate the current Microsoft Exchange 2003 e-mail
system to the new enterprise Exchange 2010.  In addition, the PS will also
assist in the migration of environment from Office 2007 to Office 2010.
The specialist will need to understand the State House technical
infrastructure, mobile devices utilized within the environment and
synchronize email and calendars on various models of devices.
The Product Specialist requires significant to expert experience and skills
in the Microsoft products, support, providing technical assistance and
migration to new levels.  e specialist requires a strong background in
mobile devices and synchronization of these devices with email and
calendars.    In addition, strong knowledge and experience with printer in
a upgraded environment is a plus.
The specialist will be working within a technology help desk environment
and must possess excellent communication and customer service skills .
Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with technical
specialist within desktop, server and network specialist to  ensure and
enhance the use of the product and effect migration to new versions of a
product.

Provide direct technical expertise to client community
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite of products including Windows
2003 email, Office 2007 and Windows 2010 Required 5 Years
Knowledge and experience with mobile devices operating systems such as iOS,
Android, Windows Required 5 Years
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Required 5 Years
Knowledge and experience with migration of Windows email and Office
products Required 5 Years
Knowledge and experience with synchronization of mobile devices to
Microsoft 2010 email and calendars Required 5 Years
Knowledge and experience with various printer models Desired 5 Years
Experience working a technology help desk Nice to have 5 Years
Knowledge of CA Service desk Nice to have 5 Years
Ability to write strategy and solution plans Highly desired 5 Years
Working knowledge of IT inlcuding but not limited to network, servers,
desktops Nice to have 5 Years
