*ROLE: SAP HR Analyst*
*Location: San Francisco CA*
*Duration: 3 Months*

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
A minimum of 6+ plus years of SAP HR configuration / support experience in
ERP 6.0
Should have experience in delivering at least 2 end to end implementations.
Must have experience in HR interfaces and Stock Administration Vendors
Must have skills on HR/Payroll design impacts on Role development and
system security.
Execute test scripts and scenarios for system prototyping, unit testing,
integration testing, and user acceptance testing; identifies and resolves

discrepancies
Must have experience in the following areas of Human Capital Management:
Personnel Administration
Time Management
Organizational Management
US Benefits
US Payroll
Travel Management
Should be able to understand the impacts of adapting different
architectures and designs and should be able to communicate the same to all
relevant stake holders.
Good Impact Analysis skills.
Work directly or indirectly with the client to understand the reporting
requirement and business processes
Interact effectively with the client and build strong relationship.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating
architecture and design principles.
Should be able to coordinate with onsite/ functional/development teams
independently.
