Title: SharePoint Business Analyst Location: Spokane, WA Duration: Longterm • Interface with and make presentations to end users, managers, directors and team members. • Consult with end users on their needs and advise on applicable technical solution’s features and concepts, to enhance productivity • Formulate business workflows into design specifications required for implementation such as swim-lanes, wireframes, workflow diagrams, mockups, interaction flows, using tools such as MS Visio; • Assess existing business processes, people and technology to identify common patterns across functions • *Well versed in SharePoint 2013 functions and features as they apply to intranet sites and applications;* *• Experience in Mobile first solutions* *• Experience with Social intranet solutions* • Knowledge of current IT projects and services, processes and methodologies; • Decompose business problems quickly and work with the project team to determine the root cause and provide solution alternatives; • A firm grasp of topics like usability, accessibility and search optimization, as well as understanding the role of brand in creating digital experiences; • Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, .NET, Flash, XML) and knowledgeable about latest web technologies and limitations i.e. Ajax, HTML5, CSS-3 etc.; • Proficiency with webinar software, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and related tools is an asset. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user friendly language • Experience with writing Agile Requirements, Epics and User Stories a plus • Share knowledge and experience and contributes to relevant discussions; • Ability to work in a team and respect diversity; • Excellent organizational skills; • Pro-active, self-directed, enthusiastic and well organized with an attention to details; • Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency; • Must be able to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities; • Analytical and creative thinker; • Highly self motivated and directed; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across company and department boundaries at all levels; *Qualifications* • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in functional design, training or user support of web-based content; management systems and Intranet portals; • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in functional design on a SharePoint platform; • Must have past business analysis experience with Intranet design projects; at least one with a fortune 1000 company -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
