This individual will be working on a large initiative to merge Salesforce.com and ExactTarget's Salesforce instances together. They will also be working to combine business processes as well. ?Required Skills: 3+ years of experience programming in Apex Code and Visualforce Pages 5+ years of experience programming in Java, JavaScript Excellent understanding of salesforce .com’s SOQL and SOSL Excellent understanding of salesforce .com’s Web Services Excellent understanding of salesforce .com’s security model Excellent understanding of salesforce .com’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Force .com product offerings Experience with database concepts and data modeling capabilities Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience Desired Skills: Experience developing in an Agile software development environment Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD) Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) process Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts Interview Process: - 1 or 2 Skype/Webex/GoTo Meeting Interviews for remote candidates. If local, an onsite may be requested. There will also be a development test that is conducted and will need to be completed by candidates. - Candidates who are able to sit onsite in Indy are highly preferred, however, the manager is open to an individual working remote (for the right candidate). Please make sure it is outlined in the submittal if the candidate needs to work remote. - There is a potential of up to 8 contract positions available for this project.
