Experience in identifying, clarifying and resolving issues and risks in dev, test and production environments. Experience: - Installation, configuration and administration of IBM BPM v7.5, WebSphere Application Server ND v7.5 - Setup and manage load balancing, clustering and failover - Enabling SSL Configuration, Custom Interceptors, TAI, LDAP Authentication/Authorizations. - Identify, troubleshoot and debug performance problems such as Java Heap, native memory within WAS ND - Assist application teams with deployment issues and any ad-hoc work on daily basis - Need for Flexibility and work off hours for maintenance (patching, upgrades etc) and releases.
