The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge in networking areas and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and escalate issues affectively. Network operations team consists of Level 1 – Level 3(SME) engineers located in various global locations. The focus of the team is to provide daily operations support and to also work on various long term / short term projects including Audit remediation, proactive capacity monitoring and working towards strategic growth of our environment *Required Skills* Participate in group projects with global as well as regional team members Join team in providing operational support, especially as escalation point in area of expertise Participation in solution development and implementation Perform network configuration changes in accordance with change management process Daily tasks include working on short term/long term projects and also providing operational support.
