They will be responsible for being the liaison between the Service Department and development team. We are looking for an OBIEE reporting resource for our client’s Service Department. They will need to have Oracle EBS background and understanding. Oracle Service exposure will be very helpful. The Service group will be providing reporting requirements and good communication skills are required. Project lead experience to liaison between Service and reporting team is another good quality. The business is requiring dashboards to be developed in Qlikview in the Service department, allowing them to do analytics on service cycles, calls, times between service, what parts are breaking, warranty usage, time to complete service call, etc. Help create some BI around this. The users are service zone managers. Technical environment includes: OBIEE, Oracle EBS, Oracle R12, Informatica, and Qlikview Dashboards Major Responsibilities: Serve as one of the overall point persons for all Service reporting requirements Work with the Service liaison to clarify functional requirements and develop reporting technical specs Identify data requirements and ODS data model design to support Service reporting requirements Leads Service reporting development (hands-on and supervisory capacity) in OBIEE Provide expertise in practices, methods and technologies associated with reporting from EBS and OBIEE Qualifications: 10 + years of Oracle EBS technical/functional experience.
