*Position: Senior SalesForce Developer * *Location: DC* *Long Term* C.2.II.I Position Description: The Contractor's personnel shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
a) Responsible for supporting the day-to-day projects and applications of the OCIO, successfully implementing, customizing and integrating Sales force with other systems; b) Responsible for the development and administration of the Sales Force websites; c) Focus on solution scoping, design, development and data migration or loading activities. With supervision as required from a Manager, provide technical expertise in design, development, testing and debugging; d) Work directly with clients and other Shift team members as needed to scope, design, develop, test and refine customized Salesforce solutions, while working closely with a Project Manager to escalate any out-of-scope items and project delays; e) Enhance and oversee Salesforce development processes to ensure the right tools, methodologies and practices are used appropriately; f) Monitor, schedule, and review in house as well as offshore development projects and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met; g) Manage and mentor other developers; h) Building and maintaining web site using software such as: Drupal, .net or Java; i) Building reports and dashboards using BI tool such as Cognos; and j) Work closely with client and various District agencies to define needs or problems, and analyze and advise on or recommend solutions. C.2.II.2 Qualifications: The Contractor's personnel shall, at minimum, have the following qualifications. 1. Technical Skills: a) Saleforce development b) Basic web development c) Reporting and dashboard building using BI Tool d) APEX language e) APEX classes/controller/triggers f) APEX data loader 2. Experience: a) Functional Analysis (Eight (8) years Preferred) b) Developing Salesforce.com solutions (Three (3) years Preferred) c) Workflows and approvals (Three (3) years Preferred) d) Custom Objects (Three (3) years Preferred) e) Email services (Three (3) years Preferred) i. SQL Developer ii. Apex Web Service iii. SOQL, SOSL iv. JavaScript, Eclipse with Force.com v. Salesforce.com vi. Cognos 10 vii. Drupal viii .. net ix. Java x. Informatica 9.0 xi. Salesforce Eclipse IDE plug-in xii. Salesforce Plateform (sandbox and production) t) Database: i. Oracle l l g RAC 3.
