Project scope includes: Develop site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content, Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists - designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc., Ensure cross-platform compatibility, Monitor performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options, Maintain site appearance by developing content and display standards.
