Title: Senior Oracle EBS HR Business Analyst posted on 2014-06-20 15:25:05 Job Description:We are looking for a ( Senior Oracle EBS HR Business Analyst ). The start date of this project is in Mid-July and the estimated end date is in later part of January 2015. *MUST HAVES* – Oracle Advanced Benefits and Oracle HR experience 1. Oracle Employee Self Service experience 2. Oracle Manager Self Service experience 3. Oracle 11i experience (can have other versions, but MUST have worked with 11i) *Skills *– This position is estimated to be 75% technical so they will need to have developing and coding experience, they will be doing design and modification and “all-of-the-above” and 25% functional so they do need to have a solid understanding of HR processes *Travel* – The candidate will have all travel reimbursed to them. They will be traveling between Pennsylvania and Wilmington, MA. About one week of travel per month is the current estimate. *Interview Process –* Will be interviewing either by phone and then in person, depending on the Project Manager’s schedule.
