This will include both building a new application from scratch and enhancing an existing application. The skill requirements are: - Solid experience with most/all of the following client-side technologies. This person needs significant skills in these areas, not just basic stuff like data validation. - JavaScript - jQuery - angular.js - backbone.js - Bootstrap - Experience implementing AJAX calls to use web service APIs. - They do NOT need to have proficiency with CSS or responsive design, though having this doesn’t hurt. - The ideal candidate would also have some basic proficiency in server-side programming with Java.
