BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPER* *Location: OMAHA, NE* *Duration: 1 YEAR CONTRACT* *Interview Process: Skype/Phone and Face to face* ****EAD, GC AND USC. * *Job Responsibilities:* - Performs analysis and design by translating business requirements and developing reporting solutions that yield relevant business information in a user-friendly format by collecting, analyzing and leveraging data to solve business problems and predictive results. This may include reports, dashboard, and Clarity or JIRA views. - Develops recommendations and summary information for audiences at multiple levels using strong oral and written communication skills. - Develops an in-depth knowledge of the Portfolio and Project Management data models (Clarity and related systems) and processes as needed to support the environment. - Assists with investigating, reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources in order to maintain quality and understands the source structures and business relevance of the data. - Supports integration with other systems and data stores as needed to support analytics related to Portfolio and Project Management Delivery. - Assists with training to peers and customers within the functional business areas on Portfolio and Project Management related BI tools and processes. Assists business partners in understanding the reporting tools to allow them to better access the data independently. - Monitors recurring processes and ensures output accuracy and timely distribution. Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and enhancements of recurring processes and procedures. - Develops and maintains current knowledge of Mutual of Omaha practices, the insurance industry, the business and technical environment. The Business Intelligence Developer and Senior Business Intelligence Developer levels have variable essential functions and qualifications.
