Having just completed a very successful upgrade to version 9.2 we are on the leading edge and we are looking for smart, talented and creative analysts to help us extend our robust HR functionality to our non-US team member populations. Wells Fargo is widely acknowledged as the premiere PeopleSoft shop in the country, with 20+ years on the system and a large group of talented team members who understand it like no other. You will have the opportunity to not only help in the design and implementation of our global HR processes, but to learn critical information about PeopleSoft and its inner workings from the standpoint of one of the world’s largest financial institutions, supporting a team member population of 280,000+. As an analyst on our project, you will play an important role on our team. You will be expected to contribute to design decisions, draft detailed FSDs, and to create test plans and scripts. You will then execute the testing, participating in system, integration, and user acceptance testing, working with a knowledgeable team of both systems personnel and business partners. For integration and UAT, we will include formal defect tracking and resolution, leading to phased installations across our non-US regions. We are looking for the best and brightest analyst for this important role, and we need significant PeopleSoft experience as an analyst with experience in the areas of Core HR, manager self-service and employee self-service.
