The best fit for the role will have recent experience with ASP.Net, C#, Web Services, WCF, Visual Studio 2010, and PL/SQL experience. Knowledge and experience with an Oracle Database is crucial. The consultant will be developing a Retail application primarily in .Net and PL/SQL. Ideally, the candidate would have experience with Retail Energy Systems (Oracle Lodestar).
