Job Title : Sr.Agile Program Manager
Location : Foster City, CA
Duration : 1-2 years
*Required Skills:*
- 10+ years’ progressively more responsible experience in directly
relevant roles such as Program/Project Manager, Management Consultant,
Product Developer/ Manager, Business Analyst and/or Strategist.
- 3+ years of experience supporting development and management of
products in the online/ecommerce, payments technology and processing,
and/or financial industry space.
- Solid understanding of the software/product development lifecycle
(SDLC/PDLC) and program and project management techniques, methodologies
and best practices, with a strong preference for candidates with
significant experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Equally effective working with both engineering/technical team and
product/business team members.
- Strong portfolio/program/project management skills, as demonstrated
through experience leading and managing complex, large-scale,
cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects with a successful track
record of delivery.
- Ability to identify, plan and track multiple workstreams across
technology functions.
- Outstanding written communication, analytical and problem-solving
skills.
- Proven ability to create executive level reports, dashboards and
presentations.
- Highly skilled in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, presenting
text, diagrams, and metrics in visually compelling ways.
- High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from
multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for
executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently produce top-quality deliverables
appropriate for an executive audience.
