May serve as the primary contact for vendors. Technologies span mainframe, midrange, desktop, server, network data, and database. *Required Skills:* - Experience with Connect Direct Middleware Products on z/OS, iSeries, Wintel, and Unix environments, including installation, configuration, and problem analysis/determination/resolution experience. - Experience and fluency in navigating Operating Systems on z/OS, iSeries, Wintel, and Unix environments is required. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and performance tuning abilities. Strong communication and customer support skills.
