Strong background in software testing practices including automation 2. Experience on an agile team following Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) practices 3. Experience developing automated test scripts using Ruby, Gherkin, and Cucumber Gherkin is mostly a text test definition file that just about anyone can read, but the skill is in defining the tests correctly to get the max test with minimum scripts. Cucumber is Ruby-based and used to automate the Gherkin tests. 4. Familiar with multiple Microsoft operating systems and web browsers (IE, FireFox) 5. Ability to identify and describe acceptance criteria for application features and apply the criteria to test cases 6.
