Team, I need a Java developer for Seattle, WA 18 Month Contract. Bill Rate:
$55/hour to $60/hour
Java Developer with SQL - manager needs local candidates who can do a
face-to-face. He will consider hiring off a Skype for the right person.
This resource needs to be a solid Java developer with heavy SQL
experience.
Senior Java Developers with T-SQL experience
Extensive database development experience with emphasis on data modeling,
schema, stored procedure and trigger design and construction in a T-SQL
environment.
*In person interview required after initial phone screen; local
candidates preferred*
The position is located in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:
Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software
development life cycle
Collaborate with designers and analysts to implement
enhancements or new applications
Develop code to meet story acceptance criteria
Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with
standards
Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance
criteria
Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as
required to meet quality / time to market imperatives
Maintain records to document program development and
revisions
Provide 3rd level support of software solution as needed
Share best practices and improve processes within and across
sprint teams, and mentor more junior developers
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or relevant
experience.
Extensive database development experience with emphasis on
data modeling, schema, stored procedure and trigger design and construction
in a T-SQL environment.
Expertise in Java (J2SE) and/or C# application development.
Experience with test-driven development or unit testing a
plus.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Experience with highly transactional systems a plus.
Proven track record of delivering quality deliverables.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
