Title: Windows Application Packager posted on 2014-07-16 18:21:08 Job Description:*Major Area of Responsibilities: * · Work with application owners and project teams to gather requirements, specifications and create scripted and non-interactive installations of Windows software for delivery through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). · Integrate configuration changes and settings per requirements · Actively participate in technical review meetings to understand business requirements, strategy and delivery methodology. · Determine application packaging effort/cost for project planning and execution · Perform quality assurance checks and peer packaging reviews · Update tracking/workflow system with progress and notes · At times provide consulting expertise for applications and software being package by others. Regularly keep Release Manager and Application Delivery Supervisor informed of the status of packaging, particularly items that could impact the delivery of the product.
