Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer Remote Qualifications & Skills 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP applications. Hands on work experience in understanding primarily Oracle core Fusion HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation and Talent Management modules. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (integrations) is plus.
