*Role:- HR Business Analyst * *Location:- **NYC - Initial Remote* Interested in leveraging technology to solve complex business problems, support data distribution strategy development, and implement firmwide projects? So are we! Client’s HR Data Team is looking for a business analyst to join the Human Resources Data Management (HRDM) team. Report status and escalate issues to leadership. *You have:* - 8+ years of business analysis experience, with strong process, data, and systems understanding - Strong knowledge of business analyst standards including documentation and technical specifications to design workflows and requirements - The ability to work with both business (non-technical) and technology (technical) professionals to translate and communicate requirements effectively between all parties - Inquisitive technical and business skills to understand, test, or challenge the status quo while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; proven ability to work in a team environment with the ability to operate independently - Confident communication skills (strong written and verbal English) and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization - Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies - Advanced Excel skills (proficient in functions, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint. *You may have:* - Familiarity with HR data and systems - Experience working in an agile environment - Experience with tracking and monitoring tools (Jira preferred) - General knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle *Team profile:* Candidates join a team of energized staff eager to solve complex problems with a charge to experiment and innovate.
