Project Details -
. Collaborate as required with colleagues to establish the optimal
way to set-up, model, and use the KRONOS Regional Solution to support the
Market's business requirements
. Assess Market business requirements to establish alignment with
GLOBE Application Template processes and 'best practice' in collaboration
with GLOBE Center colleagues and Market process owners
. If required, provide on site implementation assistance in the
Markets, ensuring the KRONOS is implemented effectively and that it provides
adequate coverage to meet the Markets business needs
. Configure application settings, enhancements, and/or extensions to
meet business requirements
. Support interfaces between KRONOS and SAP Payroll Solution
. Prepare or refine test scripts to reflect enhancements and final
Solution requirements
. Support application-level tests to ensure that the application and
interfaces behave as specified
. Provide assistance in the end-to-end process integration tests to
ensure that "localization" of the base KRONOS Application Template meets
Market business requirements
. Provide support in the resolution of business application-related
problems and Change Requests. Initiate corrective action required to prevent
the recurrence of the same problem. This might include on-call support from
time to time.
. Conduct issue resolution and ongoing improvement projects with the
Live Markets to ensure proper implementation and exploitation of the KRONOS
Solution.
. Perform administrative reporting tasks as required.
* This role will require out of hours support to be provided by being
on call. This covers overnight, weekends and public Holidays.
* Some market travel may also be required.
