Analyzing Objects as per Client requirements Prepare Technical specification documents Development of objects as per client requirements and standards Self test the object for errors Perform Unit Testing *2. ABAP/web development* Senior level: 5 + Years Skills: - ABAP / ABAP OO skills (a must) - HTML - BSP development skills - Experience with CRM 5.0 overall (at least one year experience with customizing and development in the following areas, more would be better) - ERMS - Marketing functionalities (segmentation, marketing plan (campaigns)) - Contact management (Interaction records, Cases, Taxonomies) - Experience with IC WebClient development (knowledge of the framework and the MVC concept) *3. Techno-functional resource with SAP FI/CO focus * Senior level: 5 + Years Skills: Techno Functional resource with 2-3 implementations in Finance & Costing. 60% Functional & 40% Technical. Strong FICO functional Knowledge - 8 on a scale of 10 Strong ABAP development - 8 on a scale of 10 Advanced knowledge on SD and customization - 7 on a scale of 10 Excellent communication - 8 on a scale of 10 *4. SAP Business Connector / Webmethods 4.6* Senior level: 5 + Years Desired Skills 3 to 7 years SAP BC / Webmethods version 4.6 experience Sound knowledge in Java Services development/usage Should have worked in integrating SAP with other systems Extensive usage of BAPI while defining mappings Ability to create Partner Profiles Should have handled multiple integration servers Ability to drive technical discussion on new interface set ups Additional Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and English language communication skills Must be capable of explaining and documenting procedures, issues, and resolutions to wide range of technical and non-technical audiences Proficient in Offshore-Onsite communication *5.
