Here is the job description: Title: Senior level SAP HR CATS Functional Location: Detroit MI Duration: 8 months+ * * Description: * * We need a Platinum level SAP HR CATS functional consultant to work on a SAP Business Transformation Project. The person will function as a functional consultant on the Human Resource process team. This is an 8 to 10 months with a possible extension of six more months. The project is located in Detroit Michigan. Responsibilities: 1. The primary responsibilities will include expert understanding of HR CATS business requirements as they relate to the automotive industry 2. Advising on SAP functionality, advising on best practices 3. Project Management of the SAP HR team which includes other consultants, client personnel and cross functional users. 4. Developing business process models within ARIS 5. Writing functional specifications for RICEFW objects 6. Configuration within HR CATS module, designing and performing all phases of solution using an automated testing tool. 7. Knowledge and ability to make configuration changes for SAP Payroll and Benefits modules with appropriate level of testing and quality control. 8. Ability to create/monitor transports, debug SAP programs, and process BDC sessions. 9. Working knowledge of SAP Security roles and authorizations. Required Experience 1. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years or more of proven implementation experience in SAP HR configuration and project management experience. 2. At least three years of HR CATS experience preferably in the automotive related area 3. Experience in ECC 6.0 in all modules of HR. SAP PS experience is a plus 4. Experience in at least three full cycle SAP Implementations in the SAP HR CATS area. 5. Consultant must not only be a SAP expert, but also a Process Expert. 6. Must have experience leading a cross functional team of Configurations, Super Users, and Subject Matter Experts. Must be able to drive consensus among them to implement SAP automotive beat practices. 7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill 8.
