Here is the job description: Title: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Windsor, CT Duration: 3 months Description: 8+ years experience required Serve as a Business Analyst on software rewrite project. Reporting to and working under the direct supervision of the lead Business Analyst, this person will be primarily responsible for providing Business Analyst services as needed to the project team. This person will need to meet the following requirements: 1. Excellence in business requirements and functional / technical documentation working with software products and UI · Ability to document use cases and process flow diagrams · Ability to interpret data tables and understand relational structures · Familiarity with underlying technical implementation of functional requirements 2. Ability to work independently and with team members (internal SMEs -software developers, customer service reps) · Requires ability to assimilate input from resources with a range of skills and perspectives 3. Ability to quickly learn new software functionality and produce deliverables · Requires working with technical team to document the re-implementation of an existing application to a revised user interface B.
