*Position : CHANGE INTEGRATION SPECIALIST* *Location: Lebanon NJ 08833* *Length of job: 1 year* *Rate: Open* Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Organizational Development, COMET, *the Change Integration Specialist will work on the COMET (ERP/SAP) Program as a change management specialist for the COMET process and technology teams*. *The Change Integration Specialist supports the COMET program by developing and implementing Change Management Plans for the teams. Core responsibilities include process and technology impact assessment as it relates to change on a large scale transformational project, applying principles of organizational effectiveness within the Teams, building and executing the Team Communication Plans (and coordinating with the COMET Communications Lead for delivery of Team messages), collaborating with Education Specialists on team effectiveness and end-user training, and assisting the Benefits Realization Team with change plans.* In support of Change Management initiatives and providing consulting and support area, the individual will partner with appropriate business personnel to: - Develop process/technology/organization change impacts and develop stakeholder change impact plans for assigned functional area - Utilize the appropriate tools for deliverables - Work collaboratively with teams to identify/validate change impacts from process work - Ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans - Assess implementation (go or no go) people readiness - Provide post implementation support - Collaborate with business resources to evaluate degree of change risk vs. benefit return associated with proposed process/technology/organization changes in functional area of responsibility and communicate recommendations to change leader - Develop a working knowledge and make contributions to the analysis and design of the processes for the assigned functional area in order to effectively deliver on the change/training value proposition - Evaluate team dynamics and conduct team effectiveness activities with functional area of responsibility in order to enhance team effectiveness - Conduct post implementation assessment to evaluate effectiveness of change plan and training implementation and make appropriate adjustments - Continually make recommendations to enhance change/training - Assess implementation risks and develop / execute mitigation plans - methodology and tools based upon implementation lessons learned and industry best practices - Perform ongoing assessment of change execution/people risks - Develop and support sponsors - Develop and support change agent networks - Build change management capability *Qualifications: * Education Requirements: B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in Behavioral or Social Sciences. The successful candidate will possess *a minimum of 7 years of business experience with a minimum of 5 years in a combination of OD, OE, HR or other behavioral science profession. In addition, the successful candidate will possess strong change management skills, communication skills and business acumen*. The individual will also have an understanding of process change impacts, excellent coaching and leadership skills as well as the demonstrated capability to facilitate teamwork and drive team building. Prior experience working in a global environment and experience with organizational development is desirable.
