Requirements;
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Experience managing a functional team
2 Previous experience developing solicitations,
managing major acquisition processes, evaluating
vendor responses, and/or participating in contract
negotiations.
2 Knowledge of State of Texas procurement
statutes, rules, and regulations
2 Recent experience with State of Texas
procurement and contracting processes
2 Experience in Texas state agency operations
Required Graduation from an accredited four year
college or university with a degree in a related field, such
as public administration, computer science,
information systems, human services or equivalent
experience.
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
2 Prior experience performing cost
benefit analysis for contract evaluations or project-based services
PMP certification
