Job Profile: Systems QA Analyst Location: Denver, CO Date resource is required: 10/27/2008 Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years related experience including exposure to testing automation tools. Description: Creates, prepares, and conducts quality assurance reviews and develops and executes test plans and test scripts. Works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex test problems. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process Develop and execute test plans and test scripts specific to contact center technology. These technologies include Genesys (Voice Genie) IVR applications and integrated application services, Genesys CTI routing and reporting solutions, and CTI-enabled desktop applications. All applicants must have experience with Genesys product sets. Experience with Mercury Quality Center is also extremely desirable. All work must be performed on-site.
