Including report monitoring / generation. Candidate will be liaison for the customer to their ASP providing the application for all changes, updates, and overall user interface. Position Description: SAP Super-user The SAP Super-user will be responsible for day-to-day management of the SAP system. The SAP system is outsourced to an ASP provider, therefore this position will be responsible for being a liaison between the ASP provider and the customer in handling system changes, issues, etc. Responsibilities: + effectively interpret business requirements and engage business IT customers with implementation of Production Control best practices. + Provide quality assurance of scheduling and dependencies across enterprise related to the significant elements of job control schedule. + Lead or assist as directed in investigating root cause analysis of issues across disparate groups + Lead major components of upgrade, migration or conversion efforts + Provide input / assist in developing Production Controls standards, service offering and best practices. Develop and maintain corresponding documentation. + Guide, train, instruct and assists others at peer or lower levels on straightforward technical issues. Qualifications + Required and demonstrated expertise with SAP environment (with 3-5 years of experience) + Strong business process, analysis and problem diagnosis background. + Demonstrated ability to Working knowledge or exposure to varying development life cycles, release management, change management and operational maintenance practices. + Demonstrates well-developed conceptual understanding of business problems related to assigned function and root-cause analysis projects. + Interaction with technical work group and business partners results in a positive impact on accomplishment of project goals + Presentation ability to the project team / manager level.
