JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate Qualifications: -Must be strongly familiar with SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and SAP ECC 6.0. -Must have a working knowledge and/or familiarity with ITIL. -Must know how to configure key Solution Manager Configuration data. -3+years of ABAP experience - can include older releases. -Must immediately be able to debug, analyze, write code if necessary, without coaching, training, or reading how to do it in a book. -Must know how to code an ALV grid report, how to use ABAP objects. Must know the common tables in Solution Manager, particularly Charm. -+3 years of Solution Manager Experience - can include older releases. -Must know how to config projects, landscape, transports, etc. Not necessary to have led projects. -Must be able to configure action steps. -Must know the different types of tickets and transactions and how they work. -Must know how Change Requests relate to Projects. -+2 years experience with managing Integration Testing within Solution Manager. -Must be very familiar with the differences between Cycle Tests, Integration Tests, Stress Tests, Regression Tests, and Security Tests. -+2 years experience with managing Landscapes. -+2 years experience with managing (not just creating and attaching to) Change Requests, Transports, Task Lists. -Must be very familiar with TMS and how it interacts with Solution Manager.
