JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop ETL processes using SSIS & DTS Packages, Stored Procedures
or Perl scripts, Windows .BAT scripts to create processes and
interfaces to applications built in MS SQL.
- Develop advanced queries & processes to deliver or improve; process
automation, data integrity, and adherence to business rule
requirements.
- Communicate status as requested on assigned tasks enabling the
project to meet deliverables, schedule and budget.
- Maintain application documentation of processes operating within the
application and development environment.
Proficient in ETL design and development using MS SQL Server T-
SQL, Stored Procedures Triggers, UDF and DTS Package tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment to make independent decisions,
work under pressure at times and produce quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- MS SQL Server 2005
- MS SQL Server 2005 Analysis Server (OLAP CUBES)
