Oracle Upgrade.
The project is two phased:
1) Redefining the current Business Processes
2) Upgrading or Re-Implementing to Oracle R12.
• We need an Oracle HRMS lead that has hands on
experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and iRecruitment
• The resource should have Global HRMS
implementation/ Roll out experience.
Excellent communication skills and customer facing. The resource
will be required to interact closely with the HR/IT Teams.
