Scope includes - o Review and analyze the HQEP applications consisting of 42 PERFORM screens and 110 ACE reports. o Review and analyze the HQEO applications consisting of 26 PERFORM screens and 78 ACE reports. o Assist the IRS to identify risks, probability of occurrence, impact, and developing and documenting a risk mitigation plan. o Assist in developing an analysis report that details migration strategy, approach, requirements matrix, testing requirements & strategy, risk mitigation plan and a detailed work breakdown schedule.
