Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Individual must have - demonstrated ability to gather, document and conduct peer reviews of business requirements, functional specifications and test requirements. - ability to identify all business processes and data associated with them. - demonstrated knowledge and experience with supporting a production system. - demonstrated ability to conceptualize a design and assist in implementation of system enhancements. - technical and business knowledge to effectively interface with customer and developers to clarify system requirements, discuss problems and answer questions. - ability to create test plans and execute test case scenarios. Therefore must be able to perform testing without sophisticated testing tools. - superior planning and organization skills, applied to day to day work activities, including the ability to identify key deliverables, communicate the plan and dates for those expected deliverables, manage operational details of the plan, and make resource adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. - the ability to coordinate work among other departments as well as outside the company, and to obtain maximum results with minimal availability from customer team members. - ability to identify cost-effective solutions and all options for solving those solutions, automated or manual. -ability to identify and manage scope creep - Local Resident only*** - Must have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst. - Must have 5+ years experience performing analysis and creating business, functional and test requirements documentation. - Must understand project management and the systems development life cycle - Must be familiar with tools like Visio or other diagramming packages to create flow charts to show cause and effect, process, or work flow diagrams. - Must be familiar with web-based applications - Must have 5+ years experience in data/process modeling and designing a system from scratch, assisting and directing programmers on requirements and functionality of system - Must have experience working with installing and enhancing vendor - based systems, managing both customer and vendors' expectations.
