Responsible for performing and/or facilitating Project Management activities for the Maintenance & Engineering Mgmt (MEM) IT project including Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Management of Budgets, Earned Value Management, and Risk Management. Creating clear and attainable project objectives, gathering project requirements, and managing constraints for the project (cost, time, and scope), ensuring MEM IT executes within the allocated budgets and schedule commitments. Creating and updating the Project Plan and Schedule, report on the project health, coordinate project activities, deliverables, data requirements with team. Work with the customer and other supporting groups in integrating the MEM IT schedule with the overall Tier 1 Integrated Master Schedule in Stealth/P3E. JOB SKILLS: The Project Manager must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills and adhere to Program Management Best Practices and Macroscope Methodology to execute and manage Program activities.
