Description: *SAP EAM with PM/PS/GIS Consultant*
Location: Huntsville, AL
Duration: 9 months with possible extension
*Skills Required: *
SAP, Enterprise Asset Management, GIS, Functional, Consultant
- Axon is currently seeking an experienced *SAP Enterprise Asset
Management Consultant with GIS Integration experience*. This position is
a contract opportunity.
- The EAM Lead should know *Plant Maintenance**, Service Orders, Fleet
Management, Sales & Distribution, Capital Budgeting,* and be familiar
with SAP IS-U/CCS.
- Must have *GIS integration experience*. Common GIS systems include
ESRI, IMPRESS, and* AutoCAD.*
"What we need is someone who has experience with *integration* of any SAP
system with GIS with the following scope:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Passing of "Compatible Units" and other master data from SAP to the GIS
system
- Passing back the final design from *GIS to SAP to create a PM order or a
PS project*.
The person needs to understand how design is done in the GIS system and
understand how to integrate that design into an SAP process.
The person *DOES NOT* *need to be able to configure, install, implement or
change anything in the GIS system.*
*MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH:*
- GIS integration with *Plant maintenance and Project systems*
- The interface we have is more on the engineering and design aspect of
GIS (much like an AutoCAD interface with manufacturing)
- We need a SAP EAM lead with solid *understanding of GIS to Plant
Maintenance and Project Systems** *
- Functional Locations
- Master Data regularly sent from SAP to GIS – Compatibility units,
materials, locations, etc
- SAP Work order creation sent to GIS
- Final approved design *send back to SAP from GIS*
- Work done in SAP
- As-Built sent back to GIS to update
