Skills:     Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Oracle Projects principles,
concepts, and theories.  Dedicated to meeting the expectations of customers.
Contributes to the strategic direction of the Oracle project management
suite.  Perceived internally and externally as expert in function.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains
their trust and respect. Applies leading edge knowledge to drive strategic
direction of the function and the business in partnership with senior
leaders.



Summary: Provides strategic leadership on the deployment of Oracle Projects
Costing and Billing principles, concepts, and theories at our client



Duties and Responsibilities:



•             Responsibilities will include requirements definition, Oracle
Projects module configuration, assisting with the design of the integration
of the Oracle Projects module with the Financial Suite configuration,
training users and defining Oracle Project module reporting.

•             Design and configuration of the Projects application project
templates

•             Work with the end users and business owners to map Oracle
Applications processes to the business needs of the client

•             Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom
development team to determine gap resolutions

•             Oracle AIM method deliverables, including the BP80, BR100,
BR30, and MD50

•             Superior communication skills: strong presentation/
communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).

•             Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong
business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and
implementation.

•             Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis,
conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change
management, support

*•             Strong financial skills - CPA certification must have*

•             Create business requirements and other documents in support of
projects

•             Translate business requirements into functional specifications

•             Develop and manage project specifications, functional design
and requirements for enterprise-wide business process solutions

•             Propose and implement effective solutions based on business
requirements while focusing on process analysis and re-engineering rather
than customizations

•             Recommends improvements to or new requirements for business
process and operational procedures

•             Analyze and strategize impact of solution on business
processes understanding technical problems and solutions related to current
and future business environments

•             Assist with the communication between the business and IT from
initial requirement to final implementation as well as business process
redesign and documentation

•             Provide leadership and mentoring to the team and executive
management from strategic decision making to project planning level

•             Maintains relationships with senior business and technical
teams helping drive key projects

•             Responsible for working closely with support teams to ensure
the design, implementation and administration of the company's IT
initiatives
