Duration: 12 months
Systems Engineer to define & write Business/System requirements for an
application providing automated notification and escalation services for
AT&T customers and internal users. Interacts with customers, architects,
developers to define system, interfaces and GUI requirements. Strong telecom
background including Network Maintenance/Management. Prior experience in
AT&T applications (e.g. Notifications, Ticketing, Ordering, Sales) is
required. 5 years of hands-on detailed systems engineering/requirements work
(including producing detailed requirements) is required.
