Here is the job description: Title: Business System Analyst with Health care and Call center Location: CA Duration: 6 months+ Analyzes business requirements for technically complex changes to applications or services and interfaces between business clients and technical staff to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and transitioned to technical designs that meet client needs. Participates in assisting clients define quality requirements, solve issues and questions regarding requirements, and creatively determine methods of achieving business goals in the most cost effective technical manner. Participates in planning, testing, and training for system changes. Communicates with clients to determine potential work and issues or risks and bring them to the attention of their management. Assists in presenting technical designs to clients for approval Competencies will include: Understanding and experience with industry standard analysis and documentation tools such as data flow modeling, case analysis, RUM, workflow analysis, functional decomposition, and object modeling. Understanding and experience in Health Care Call Center operations. Ability to understand and explain application design documents. Ability to analyze business and IT process and engineer them for greater efficiency. Familiar with industry standard QA processes for IT development and the roles that the BSA plays in those processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate effectively. Ability to perform presentations and facilitate meetings to effective results. Excellent relationship management skills. Work Experience Required: Five or more years as a BSA in a Health Care Call Center operations area Required: Position of responsibility in at least one very large highly complex project with enterprise services in use Requested: Two or more years of experience with WGS West Required: Two or more years supporting j2ee applications. Experience with Chordiant highly valued.
