Job Title: SAP Security Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Duration: 3 months+



*Significant Experience in SAP Security, audit, and functional areas SAP,
HR, FI-CO, MM , SD, BW, etc *

* *

*SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED*
Significant experience in SAP Security, audit, and functional areas of SAP,
HR, FI-CO, MM , SD, BW, EP, PP on versions ECC 6.0.
Implemented SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliant and Segregation of Duties (SOD)
compliant security processes
Experience in analyzing and processing SOD issues using VIRSA tools.
Experience interfacing with auditors for SAP Audits (SOX and SAS70 audits)
Expert in HR security both position based and structural authorizations
Generated Audit Information Systems (AIS) logs (SM19, SM20, SM18)
Experience utilizing Access Control Mgmt and Access Control Lists.
Experience utilizing Solution Manager and Central User Administration
Lead efforts to define overall SAP security model for existing and future
application implementations
Research and evaluate new SAP security technologies to be used as point or
enterprise solutions for Project initiatives
Providing the architectural framework for security and key integration
components with Enterprise Portal, Active Directory/LDAP and HR Systems.

*POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*
Produce gap analysis to identify alternate solutions specific to SAP
security requirements and provide technical recommendations on design or
architecture improvements
Develop, unit test, and maintain SAP position-based security roles utilizing
structural authorizations and Profile Generator
Translate functional requirements into technical design for SAP security
roles
Gather functional requirements for SAP modules as position-based security
roles by organizing and facilitating role mapping workshops with all
functional teams
Influence and lead positive changes to operational business processes by
developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP
standard functionality
Develop and implement best practices and other process improvement
initiatives
Provide technical assistance to implementation teams.
Documentation creation, updates and communication
Ensure that Tennant's systems and the information on them are protected in
accordance with Tennant's Information Protection Policies and standards, as
well as best Information Protection practices.
Continuous process review and improvements to address unacceptable
processes.
Provides a cross business and functional understanding of IT technologies,
tools, and concepts.

*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS **
*Proven leadership with business users; and demonstrated
Excellent communication skills 3+ years technical experience showing
progressively complex assignments
Experience working on technical projects, and ability to work effectively in
a team-oriented environment Analytical and critical thinking skills as well
as Collaboration and influencing skills Strong verbal and written
communication skills
Strong problem solving skills demonstrating ingenuity and creativity
Ability to handle multiple and moderately sized assignments simultaneously
Demonstrated knowledge in Infrastructure design, support, engineering,
and/or operations
Strong analytical, project leadership, project management, decision-making
and communication skills.
