***PLEASE DON'T SUBMIT ANY RESUME WITHOUT CONTACT DETAILS*** Experience • 5-8+ years experience developing in a LAMP environment • 5+ years PHP including strong knowledge of PHP5 OOP and design patterns • 5+ years MySQL including strong knowledge of multi-tier architectures and scalability • 2+ years working in a UNIX-like environment with CVS/Subversion or source control equivalent • Fluent in front-end technologies (CSS, XHTML, JQuery/AJAX, etc.) • Experience with one or more MVC frameworks or custom equivalent • Comfortable working with procedural-based legacy PHP code About You • You have written several applications from scratch and code in your spare time • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Pay attention to details but take a fast, iterative approach to programming • Can communicate effectively, in layman’s terms to non-engineering employees and clients • Have a strong personality yet easy-to-work with and not out for programming glory • Must adapt to changing requirements, deadlines and priorities with a positive attitude • You like Picard better than Kirk (but still cried when Kirk died in Generations) and wouldn't mind seeing Wesley Crusher thrown out the airlock.
