Position: Business Analyst Location: Various throughout New York State Duration: 8 Months *Local Consultants required for this position.* *100% Travel is required for this position.* Client is looking for up to two (2) experienced business analysts who possess excellent communication skills, business analysis skills, implementation skills and team building skills. In addition, it would be beneficial for candidates to possess in-depth experience with an automated time and attendance system for a significant 24/7 workforce operation as it pertains to the New York State attendance and leave rules, regulations, payment rules and contractual provisions. As with earlier phases, the Core team will likely be comprised of a Human Resources representative, Payroll representative, Information System coordinator, lead trainer and a member of staff development at each district. All members will collaborate to develop a schedule for bringing new users onto TIMES for their district and determine the most efficient processes and schedule to follow for the PayServ implementation phase.
