Identify performance issues and make recommendations for that resource's improvement or termination. * Provide input to project plans, sanitizing requirements and associated timelines, to ensure adequate resource assignment to meet client expectations * *Ideal candidate has functioned as a senior Unix system administrator for at least 5 years, preferably in an IBM AIX environment. This person has done the technical work and therefore understands what it takes to build out and support a solution.
