Title: Senior BA/ system analyst – Minimum Industry Experience 12 years
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 months

1. Analytical Skills –
1. Understand a payer organization, its business processes and
functions,
2. Be able to identify opportunities/ analyze and solve problems;
3. Write cost-benefit and return-on-investment (ROI) reports for
management
2. Technical Skills –
1. Grasp business and functional requirements; create system
requirements and specifications; design systems;
2. Understand the potential and the limitations of information
technologies – someone who discern, compare the merits of
technology options
3. Evaluate software, specify systems -- programming languages,
operating systems, and computer hardware platforms
3. Management Skills:
1. Manage project requirements, resources, risk, and system changes
2. Understand the business impact of changes and long term
maintenance of the systems
4. Interpersonal Skills:
1. Ability to work with end users / Developers
