Prepares performance reports. • Prepares activity and progress reports regarding all software projects and programs. • Works with business units and other IS groups in decision making process to ensure effective cross-functional decisions. • Supervises two or more employees; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff. • Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes. • Complies with established policies and standards to ensure that access to company information and systems resources, in any medium or format, is limited to authorized personnel. • Cooperates with internal and external information security audits. • Interacts directly with the end customer for the purpose of identifying and documenting business/systems requirements and processes, frequently involving multiple business areas. • Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for meeting business needs. *Qualifications:* * * *Mandatory* • *5-10 Years of demonstrable experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Systems, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Data * * * *Relationship Management (DRM), and Financial Data Management (FDM)* • Ability to design and configure reports, dashboards, and other analytical information using Hyperion tools • Track record of leading financial implementations and architecting financial solutions for clients with Oracle Hyperion Products • Experience with a minimum of 3-5 full-scale implementations, including at least 1 upgrade • General Functional Accounting knowledge (i.e. GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Treasury, etc.) • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS Accounting Principles *Desirable* • Oracle Hyperion Certification • Oracle E-Business Suite Financials knowledge a BIG PLUS • Essbase experience • Experience with Data Warehouses / Data Marts • Oracle Discoverer, Business Intelligence and Financial Analytics tools • User Productivity Kit (UPK) experience • Prior consulting experience • Prior business experience in Financial or Accounting field (i.e. Accountant, etc.) • Knowledge or experience in working with Securities companies, Banks, etc. • End-user experience with Hyperion products • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) *Other* • 4-yr Degree.
